A century-old building on the grounds of the Sarona Templer colony in central Tel Aviv. 

The building had come to be known as the Olive Press and was the first of its kind in Palestine.

Built in 1912, the press stood out in the history of olive oil extraction in Palestine because of its technical sophistication.

The press remained in operation until 1938.
